This website
This website shows information about Aurevane Reserve. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, briefly processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
The Aurevane Reserve app
Aurevane Reserve is a personal financial app. It is not a bank or financial institution. It is currently used privately by its owner.
- Bank information that the account holder chooses to share through European open banking (PSD2): accounts, balances and transactions. It is fetched through Enable Banking, only after approval with BankID on the bank's own page.
- Information typed in by the user, such as budgets, savings goals, e-invoices, loans, insurance and subscriptions.
- Login details: a username, a password and a PIN (kept only as one-way hashes), and the secret for the authenticator app (encrypted).
Where it is kept
Everything is stored on the user's own computer in an encrypted folder, not on a company's servers. It can only be reached over the user's private network; it is not on the public internet. Backups are encrypted with a passphrase only the user knows.
Who it is shared with
No one. Information is not sold, shared or used for advertising. The only outside services involved are the user's bank and Enable Banking, which provide the account information the user approved.
How long it is kept, and your choices
Information is kept until the user deletes it. The bank connection can be ended at any time in the app or at the bank, and the bank's approval expires by itself after at most 180 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to see, correct, move or delete information about you, and to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). As the app keeps information on the user's own device, the user controls it directly.
